All candles come with risks, such as:
Burns and injuries from touching candle jars and flames.
Burnt material when the candle comes in contact with it.

Our candles are made and stored in Edmonton, Alberta.

Our 5 oz candles burn between 25 - 40 hours.
Our 12 oz candles burn between 65 - 85 hours. Lighting only one or two wicks at a time increases this length.

Our candles are very eco-friendly and sustainable. Our wax is 100% soy and sourced locally, and our wicks are cedar wood. Please check our "About Us" page for more information on our dedication to sustainability.

Shipping takes between 2 and 7 days. Due to unforeseen events, the delivery may take longer. If you did not receive your products within this time period, please contact us at cinderluxcandles@gmail.com and we will try our best to help.

If you live within a short enough distance of our storage facilities, we offer a one-time delivery charge for the whole order. If you live outside of that radius, you will have to pay an additional shipping charge on each item bought.

We do! We often have a special, limited-time series for all major holidays with scents themed to them. In addition we may have limited-time series centering around a specific theme.

Yes, they are safe and phthalate-free! We carefully source our fragrances from a reputable provider who sells phthalate-free oils.
